Product Introduction

RAY offers a range of 16 hydraulic breaker models, from RHB40 to RHB215, suitable for excavators, skid steers, backhoe loaders, and other machinery weighing between 1 to 90 tons. The breakers are constructed with high-strength and wear-resistant steel plates.

The SIDE TYPE RAY breaker has a shorter length, making it more convenient to handle and suitable for a wide range of projects, resulting in cost savings. The TOP TYPE RAY breaker has easy control and positioning, making it more suitable for narrow working ranges such as gullies. Additionally, the TOP TYPE RAY breaker has no side-weight, reducing the rate of chisel breakage.

RAY's SILENCED TYPE breaker has a fully enclosed box-type housing to prevent damage to the body, and it produces low levels of noise, which makes it popular among customers.

The hammer body is made of 20CrMo, the piston of 42CrNiMo, the oil seal of NOK, and the reversing valve is forged with 20CrMo.

Additionally, RAY breakers adopt a simple hydraulic circuit system, which uses less oil and improves efficiency.

Each RAY hydraulic breaker comes with standard spare parts, including two chisels, two hoses, one N2 charging kit with an N2 bottle and pressure gauge, one tool box with necessary maintenance tools, and an operation manual.
