What is the pile breaker?

Pile breaking involves demolition of old concrete piles in order to make way for driving of new piles and subsequentbuilding of new structures. 1. Pump stations are widely used in the construction of pile foundations of high-rise buildings. The overall investment of this combination of equipment is relatively small, but it is very convenient to move and is suitable for cutting off the pile heads of pile groups.

2. In bridge construction, excavators that are easy to move are often used as power sources. The bucket of the excavator is removed, and the lifting chain of the pile breaker cutter is hung on the connecting shaft between the bucket and the boom to mechanically combine the two equipment together. Then, the hydraulic oil circuit of any cylinder of the excavator is connected to the cylinder oil circuit of the pile cutter through a balancing valve to drive the cylinder group of the pile cutter. This combined pile cutter is easy to move and has a wide operating surface. It is suitable for construction projects where piles are not concentrated and the operating front is long.
