What is Quick Hitch?

RAY ATTACHMENTS quick coupler is used in hydraulic excavators to allow the rapid change of buckets and attachments at ease. They reduce the work time by eighty percentages while they need to use rock breakers to manually drive out and insert the mounting pins for attachments need.

Classification of Quick Hitch 

According to product structure and functional level, quick hitch couplers can be divided into two categories. One category has a simple structure and only has the function of quick change connection, which is called ordinary quick-change connector; the other category not only has the function of quick connection, but also has additional properties such as degree of freedom, which is called universal quick hitch. Ordinary quick hitch can be divided into mechanical and hydraulic types according to different drive methods.

There are four kinds of quick hitches in RAY: mechanical quick hitch, hydraulic quick hitch, multi quick hitch and tilting quick hitch.

Features of Hydraulic Quick Hitch

1. Made of high-strength materials, suitable for various models from 1 to 80 tons;

2. Equipped with a hydraulically controlled one-way valve safety device to ensure safety during use;

3.No need to modify the excavator configuration, no need to disassemble the pin shaft to replace, quick installation, greatly improving work efficiency;

4. No need to manually pry the bucket pin shaft, just gently flip the switch, the bucket and crusher can be exchanged within a dozen seconds, saving time and effort, simple and convenient operation;

5. Mainly suitable for places where the front-end working device of the excavator needs to be replaced frequently. If a certain device is used for a long time, it is recommended not to install it as much as possible.
