Why is your large hydraulic breaker not durable?

Publish Time: 2019-07-27     Origin: Site

The breaker is not durable, and the use and maintenance of the break-in period are critical. After the hydraulic breaker is shipped from the factory, it is generally stipulated that there is a running-in period of about 60 hours (some is called the running-in period), which is specified by the manufacturing plant according to the technical characteristics of the initial use of the hydraulic breaker. The running-in period is an important part to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic breaker, reduce the failure rate and extend its service life.

Due to the lack of basic common sense, there is no special concern about the special technical requirements of the new machine during the running-in period. Therefore, the hammer itself is overloaded for a long time, which ultimately leads to the long service life and efficiency of the breaker. High, there have been obstacles early, which has affected the progress of the entire project.

Ray Attachments has much experience for hydraulic breaker more than 17 years experience. Please follow the below suggestion:

1. Before the operator starts to use a hydraulic breaker, please read the manual book more than 3 times carefully.

2. Please check lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant quality, and pay attention to check the sealing of the whole machine.

3. At the end of the running-in period, the machine should be forcedly maintained, checked and adjusted, and the oil should be replaced.
