How to choose a pile breaker

What’s pile breaker? It is an equipment for concrete cropper. It can be easily operated with high efficiency, low noise, low cost, safety and reliability, without any impact on the main body of the pile, and without any effect on the load-bearing capacity of the pile as well.

You may focus on the size for different piles, such as round or square shape, or the diameter or side of the piles. Actually the range is from 300mm to 2000mm for round piles, and 300mm to 500mm for square piles.

1. For the round piles, you have question how to choose the model, and how to match.

There are two types one is SP380 light duty, and the other is SP800. As below is a form to understand easily from SP380 to SP800.

So if your pile range is small and middle, you can choose the light duty SP380 pile breaker. Small cylinder, but many hands make light work. For the middle and big piles, SP800 heavy duty are always chosen as the powerful force for each cylinder rod.

About the space between each piles, we can provide suggestion if you provide the project drawing. About the power source, you can choose excavator, crane and pump station.

For square piles, you may want to know is it possible one set can breaker both round piles and square piles? Yes, it can be done. Just add some corner links in the base round piles, then it can modify to do square piles. 

But this is only for 300-400mm square piles. If you have bigger size from 400-500mm, only choose the bigger model for double cylinders.
