We use air springs on top of Vibro Ripper, and some brands use side rubber designs.
Air Spring: Top design rubbers with more powerful vibration.
Cushion Elastomer: Avoid the vibration box touching the ripper's shell body directly when the air spring doesn't have enough gas in it.

2. How to check the pressure:
2.1 Place the equipment tip facing the ground, press the excavator down and the front track should be about 20 cm away from the ground.
2.2 Look at the distance between the iron plate and rubber buffer block of the rear movement of the equipment. The distance should be around 5-8 cm.
2.3 If it is too high, the pressure should be increased if it is not enough, and if it is too high, the pressure should be released if it is too high.
Use the supplied main inlet and return hydraulic hoses to connect the main oil inlet and main return port to the oil inlet and return hard pipes of the excavator's backup pipeline respectively as shown in the right view; the hydraulic high-speed motor drain port is supplied with the supplied. The drain pipe is directly connected to the hydraulic oil tank of the excavator, and must not be connected in parallel or in parallel with any oil pipe or valve group.
