Q What is a log harvester?

A Forestry harvesters are tracked or wheeled machines that are used to fell, delimb, and buck (cut felled and delimbed trees into logs). The felling head is used by harvesters to cut trees to the length they require.

A Payment≤20000USD,100% in advance. Payment＞20000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance after production completed. Or LC at sight.

Q How about quality control in your factory?

A Raw material inspection-checking drawing before production-inspect the actual size according to drawing-finished product inspection- testing report-package inspection-qualified certification.

Q What is a pile breaker?

A a. Pile breaker is a equipment to demolish the pile effectively and without noise pollution. ( Noise level 70dB(A) )
b. The modular design of the pile breakers enables then to be used on piles of various size from 300-1800mm in diameter for the round piles, and 200-800 to the square piles.
c. The hydraulic flow and pressures are available, the pile breaker can be hung from a large variety of equipment, excavator , cranes etc.

Q Why pile chipping is done?

A Pile crushing is the excess pile above the cutoff level, which has resulted in good sound concrete. The main purpose of crushing is to remove the excess muddy concrete (a mixture of concrete, mud and silt) above the cutoff level.

Q Why is it called a pile?

A The pile cut-off level is the actual level at which the piles must be leveled under the pile. The concrete in the pile is cut to the specified level (indicated in the specifications or drawings, usually about 75 mm) while the steel extends into the pile cap to create an effective bond.

Q How many piles does it cut per hour?/How is pile breaker performance?

For example:

Square piles:

SP400, diameter: 300mm, 150piles/8 hours, cutting length: 1m. ( Concrete grade: C30)

SP500, Diameter: 400mm, 110 piles/ 8 hours, cutting length: 1m. ( Concrete grade: C30)

Round piles:

SP380, Diameter: 800mm, 60 piles/ 8 hours, cutting length: 1m. ( Concrete grade: C30)

SP800, Diameter: 800-1800mm, 40-100 piles/ 8 hours, cutting length: 1m. ( Concrete grade: C30)

Q What kind pile breaker do you have? Round or square or both?

A

Square: SP400:300-400mm, SP500:400-500mm. SP600: 300-550mm.

Round: SP300: 300-1050mm, SP800:500-2000mm.

Q How does a hydraulic breaker work?

A In simple terms, hydraulic rock breakers use pressurized oil to generate a lot of energy to power the crushing process and break the rock.

Q What’s the gear box used for in the auger drive?

A The planetary gear is used for transmission. Gear box is used for slowing down the speed of motor.

Q Will the screw blade drop out?

A No, we haven’t met this condition so far.
