What pipeline is connected to the pile breaker on the excavator?

Connect the hydraulic oil line of bucket cylinder of the excavator to the oil line of the pile breaker's cylinder through the balance valve.
The cylinder will damaged when we use pile breaker?

It does not affect the cylinder because our structure is different from other suppliers. Our reaction force acts on the flange, not the cylinder.

Pin & Chisel : Normally, our chisel don't need to be changed as long as the worker operate in properly.
What's the material of chisel? How much service life?

Warranty is 12 months except wear parts( Elastic pin & Chisels, Chisel service life is around 10,000 time). But you should operate it in correctly.
What is a pile breaker?

a. Pile breaker is a equipment to demolish the pile effectively and without noise pollution. ( Noise level 70dB(A) )
b. The modular design of the pile breakers enables then to be used on piles of various size from 300-1800mm in diameter for the round piles, and 200-800 to the square piles.
c. The hydraulic flow and pressures are available, the pile breaker can be hung from a large variety of equipment, excavator , cranes etc.
Why pile chipping is done?

Pile crushing is the excess pile above the cutoff level, which has resulted in good sound concrete. The main purpose of crushing is to remove the excess muddy concrete (a mixture of concrete, mud and silt) above the cutoff level.
Why is it called a pile?

The pile cut-off level is the actual level at which the piles must be leveled under the pile. The concrete in the pile is cut to the specified level (indicated in the specifications or drawings, usually about 75 mm) while the steel extends into the pile cap to create an effective bond.
