Q What type of Elastomers do your Vibratory hammers use? as far as I have known, it's very important when driving and extracting a vibratory hammer.
A You are right! Elastomeric rubber plays a very important role, in absorbing shocks transmitted to the base robot boom, and when driving or mining. We use two different sizes of elastomeric rubber, each with a maximum shear load of over 2 tons. Additionally, a small safety bar is housed inside the suppressor to prevent the elastomer from being dropped by the crane being over-pulled or pulled back.

A Connect the pressure and return hoses to the flow meter from the excavator. Make sure the hose is properly connected to the correct port on the flow meter. Adjust the pressure of the flow meter with the restrictor to the pressure required by the vibrator, and at the adjusted pressure, set the required flow with the regulating valve of the main pump of the excavator.

Q How to choose the right drive for stump planer?
A The 12" stump planing auger requires an earth auger drive unit that can produce at least 3,000 foot-pounds of torque and the 16" requires an earth auger drive unit that can produce at least 5,500 foot-pounds of torque. Our stump planer augers are also not compatible with 3 Point PTO Augers for tractors.We would recommend that the 12" diameter stump auger bit would be best suited on most standard flow drive units. The big 16" stump auger bit would be best matched up to one of the many high torque drive units we produce. Either of these sizes would be a great match to one of our two speed drive units as well.
